Facilities

Jerry began his career at Coast District in 1998 as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in the Office of Risk Management. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a MBA in Organizational Leadership, Jerry's unique experience in regulatory compliance and contract management led him to the Facilities department in 2005.

For the last twelve years, Jerry has been involved in the passage of two local General Obligation Bond measures, oversight of an internally managed bond program, and the implementation of $1B in capital improvement work at Coastline, Golden West, and Orange Coast Colleges.
