The Division of Educational Services and Technology provides oversight, coordination and support for instructional, student services, and career technical education programs across the District as well as for grant development and management, educational and strategic planning, institutional research, international programs, and economic and partnership development. The Division of Educational Services and Technology provides support and coordination for college accreditation and integration of District related information in the college institutional self-evaluations. The division also provides leadership for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and support of district-wide information and learning technologies for instruction, student services and administrative and operational systems.
The District Information Technology and Financial Aid units report to the Vice Chancellor of Educational Services and Technology. The District Information Technology is responsible for the district-wide enterprise resource planning system, a variety of information and reporting systems, networks, telecommunications and computer services. The District Financial Aid unit provides processing and operational support for financial aid at all three colleges including regulatory compliance, ISIR importing/correction, need calculation, verification, auto-packaging/awarding and notification of awards, satisfactory academic progress calculation, and processing for Pell grants and direct loans.
