Welcome to the Coast Community College District! The District is comprised of three institutions: Coastline College, Golden West College, and Orange Coast College. All three institutions offer a full array of student financial aid programs, grants, work study, and loans to full-time and part-time students. Student financial aid resources are intended to supplement, not replace, the financial resources of the student and/or the family. Student financial aid is available to assist you with the cost of education; this includes enrollment and tuition fees, books, supplies, food, housing, transportation, computer, and personal expenses. In some instances, indirect costs (medical, dental, day care expenses) may be considered in a student's cost of attendance. For information regarding indirect costs, please contact your campus financial aid office.
The Financial Aid Office on each campus is committed to helping students who might not otherwise be able to attend college. Although the primary responsibility for meeting college costs rests with the student and his/her family, we recognize that many families have limited resources and are unable to meet the cost of a college education. Our programs are designed to meet these needs and each campus will assist each student based upon that student's need.
